This program was specially designed to prep the serious student-athlete for their upcoming season. We give the participants an intense 4 day training clinic like no other. Our training session include a strength and Conditioning Course, Aquatic Fitness, Speed and Agility, Skills development, along with organized scrimmages. We also conduct our custom outside training course to challenge each participant mentally and physically.
Things we look to develop: Basketball IQ, Ball handling, combination moves, shooting (form & consistency), speed, agility, strength, stamina..
