Weekday Training Session 1

This program was specially designed to prep the serious student-athlete for their upcoming season. We give the participants an intense 5 week, 3 days a week, 2 hours each day training. Our training session include a strength and Conditioning Course, Aquatic Fitness, Speed and Agility, Skills development, along with organized scrimmages.  Seeing an increase in development is important to us at Next Level so we record sessions of athletes performing certain drills when they first start the program and then we record again at the conclusion of their training period.

Things we look to develop: Basketball IQ, Ball handling, combination moves, shooting (form & consistency), speed, agility, strength, stamina.

Participants will work on many different techniques through a game situation training course that we have specially designed for the high school level athlete. don't miss out on the opportunity to prepare yourself for your future goals.
